1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 2je bat platform in any capacity — whether as a registered member or a visitor — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 2je bat.

2je bat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When we do, the revised version will be published on this page with an updated effective date. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

2. Eligibility and Age Requirements

The 2je bat platform is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any gaming or betting feature on the platform. We take this requirement seriously and age verification is required during the registration and withdrawal process.

By creating an account, you confirm that:

• You are 18 years of age or older.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for entertainment purposes.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person.
• You understand that gaming involves risk and you are financially responsible for the funds you deposit.

2je bat reserves the right to request identity documents at any stage to verify your age. Accounts where age verification cannot be completed will be suspended until the matter is resolved, and any pending withdrawals will be held.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one registered account on 2je bat. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same phone number, same device, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, a valid Pakistani phone number, and any other details requested during the sign-up process. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any verification codes — secure and confidential. 2je bat will not be held responsible for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where we were not at fault. If you believe your account has been accessed without your permission, contact support immediately.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 2je bat are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). We support deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, debit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. The full list of currently available methods is shown in your account's payments section.

Deposits are generally credited to your 2je bat wallet within a few minutes of confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear within 30 minutes, contact our support team with proof of the transaction.

Regarding withdrawals:

• Withdrawals can only be made to payment methods previously used for deposit, or to verified accounts in your name.
• Identity verification may be required before your first withdrawal or for withdrawals above certain PKR thresholds.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method but are typically completed within 24 to 72 hours of the request being approved.
• 2je bat does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals, though your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal — see Section 6 for full bonus terms.

5. Betting Rules

All bets placed on the 2je bat platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant sport or game. By placing a bet, you accept those rules along with these general Terms and Conditions.

Key betting rules that apply across all markets:

• Bets are accepted and settled at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Live odds may change rapidly during in-play betting.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or modified unless 2je bat determines that a technical error occurred during placement.
• In the event of a match abandonment, postponement, or other unforeseen event, bets will be settled according to the applicable sport-specific rules, which are available in the betting section of the platform.
• 2je bat reserves the right to void any bet placed at clearly erroneous odds, whether due to a pricing error or a technical fault.
• For cricket markets — including PSL matches, T20 internationals, and bilateral series — specific rules apply to Duckworth-Lewis (DL) method results, rain interruptions, and reduced-over matches. These are detailed in the cricket betting rules section of the platform.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement and may vary depending on your account level and the specific market.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

2je bat offers bonuses and promotions from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins on slots, and sports betting promotions. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the bonus is claimed.

General bonus rules that apply to all offers unless stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus wallet and must meet the stated wagering requirement before any portion can be transferred to your main PKR balance for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount must be bet before it becomes withdrawable. For example, a 10x wagering requirement on a PKR 1,000 bonus means you must wager PKR 10,000 in qualifying bets.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are specified on each promotion's individual terms page.
• Bonuses have an expiry date. If wagering requirements are not completed within the stated period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, exploiting promotional terms, or coordinating with other players — will result in account closure and forfeit of all balances.
• 2je bat reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 2je bat platform and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure:

• Registering more than one account on the platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to exploit bugs, errors, or technical vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using funds of unclear or potentially illegal origin to deposit into your account.
• Making chargeback requests on legitimate deposits made to your 2je bat account.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where your access would be in violation of local laws applicable to you personally.

8. Account Suspension and Closure

2je bat reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where there is a suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or where we are required to do so for operational or compliance reasons.

If your account is suspended pending an investigation, you will be notified via the email or phone number registered to your account. Any funds held in your account at the time of suspension will be reviewed as part of the investigation. Funds derived from fraudulent or prohibited activity will be forfeited. Legitimate balances unconnected to any breach may be returned at 2je bat's discretion following the conclusion of any investigation.

You may also request voluntary closure of your own account by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance that meets withdrawal eligibility requirements will be processed to your registered payment method.

9. Privacy and Data

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By registering an account, you consent to the collection, storage, and use of your data as described in that document.

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Information is shared only where necessary to process transactions, verify your identity, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

10. Limitation of Liability

2je bat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control may result in temporary unavailability.

2je bat shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, or consequential — arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to losses from betting or gaming activity, losses due to technical interruptions, or losses resulting from your failure to comply with these terms.

Your use of the 2je bat platform is entirely at your own risk. Gaming involves the possibility of losing money, and you should only play with funds you can afford to lose.

11. Responsible Gaming

2je bat is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. We strongly encourage all players to set a clear PKR budget before each session and to treat gaming strictly as entertainment — never as a way to earn income or recover financial losses.
